Know How Tours offers the largest selection of one day motorcoach tours in Buffalo, NY and the surrounding area. Our wide variety of tours, for adults and children of all ages, travel throughout NY State, PA, Ohio and Canada. Enjoy theater, concerts, wine tasting, boat cruises, train trips, sightseeing, soft adventure, baseball games, festivals and many other unique sites without the hassles of driving. We also offer a variety of multi-day motorcoach tours, and can also assist you with your individual or group travel needs. Big News
We are very pleased to announce that starting in mid November, Know How Tours will become a Division of Niagara Scenic Tours. With retirement in our future, we want to be sure that our company remains in good hands. We have had a relationship with Niagara Scenic for many years & feel that they will be a perfect fit. By joining forces with a well established, reputable company, we are confident that Know How tours can continue to flourish and grow. Marion, Sue and Larry will relocate to the Niagara Scenic Offices in Hamburg. With the same staff in place, the move is expected to be 'seamless' for our customers.
Our History
Many people are curious as to the origin of our company name and how we started in the tour business. It all began with the opening of our kitchenware shop called "Cooks Know How" in May of 1981. Along with selling cookware and kitchen gadgets, we also held cooking classes taught by a variety of local chefs, many of whom were graduates of the renowned Culinary Institute of America. Their enthusiasm and excitement for their alma mater sparked our interest in this unique school. So with 40 adventurous travelers, we set off on our very first Motorcoach Trip. We toured the beautiful Hudson Valley area, visited the Mansions, dined in one the 4 star restaurants at the Culinary, and had a great time.
This was the start of our tour business which now include Day & Multi-Day Coach, Domestic and International Air Tours as well as Cruises. With the closing of the kitchen shop we shortened our name to Know How Tours.

1. Cancelation/Interruption Service — There's no need to worry when you sign up early. Cancellation/Interruption Insurance is included in our scheduled Multi-Day Motor Coach and Air Tours so you will receive financial protection in the event of illness, injury or death of yourself, your traveling companion or a member of your immediate family. An important additional benefit of this coverage is the Trip Interruption Insurance, which will pay for your transportation back home and provide reimbursement for any uncompleted portion of your trip. We will process the insurance application right from our office - you won't have to do a thing.
2. 2. Frequent Traveler Program — Earn Know Tours Travel Dollars when you take a Multi-Day Air, Motor Coach or even a One Day Tour with us. As the dollars build, you can apply these toward other trips. The more you travel with us the more you save on future trips! Dollars stay in your account as long as you remain an active
